FX Transfer

CRM & Automation System Energy Angular Java
Project Overview

Automated File Transfer & Integration Platform

FX Transfer is a web-based file transfer and integration platform designed to automate file movement between different systems and communication channels. The platform supports dynamic roles and permissions, configurable connectors, scheduled jobs, filtering, and automated source-to-destination file transfers.

Objective

The objective of FX Transfer is to provide a centralized and flexible automation platform for transferring files between different systems. By combining configurable connectors, scheduled jobs, intelligent filtering, and automated source-to-destination workflows, the platform significantly reduces manual file-handling processes and improves operational efficiency.

Core Capabilities

Three systems, working together on every job.

Role & Permission Management

Access scoped to responsibility, not shared credentials.

Connector Management

Every integration endpoint configured once, reused freely.

Dynamic Job Management

The engine that ties connectors, filters, and schedules together.

Connector Management

Configure the endpoint once. Use it in any job.

Each connector is set up independently and becomes available as a source or destination for every job on the platform.

FTP

Standard file transfer protocol endpoints.

SFTP

Secure, encrypted file transfer endpoints.

Network Drive

Shared drives accessible on the network.

Email

Inbox-based file pickup and delivery.

SMTP

Outbound mail delivery as a destination.

EEX

Direct integration with EEX endpoints.

Other

Additional configurable integration endpoints.

Core Workflow

From configuring a connector to a logged, completed transfer.

Eleven steps, most of which no one has to watch happen.

1

Configure Connector

Source and destination endpoints are set up.

2

Create Dynamic Job

A new job is defined with a name and description.

3

Configure Schedule & Parameters

When and how the job should run is defined.

4

Select Source

The originating connector is chosen for the job.

8

Read Files

Files at the source connector are scanned.

7

Job Execution

The job triggers according to its schedule.

6

Select Destination

The target connector is chosen for the job.

5

Define Filters

File type or pattern rules are configured.

9

Apply Filters

Only files matching the configured rules pass through.

10

Transfer Matching Files

Eligible files move to the destination connector.

11

Log Result

The outcome is recorded for monitoring and audit.

Key Features

Everything a multi-system file exchange needs to run itself.

Web-Based File Transfer Portal

Configure and monitor every job from one place.

Dynamic Roles & Permissions

Access scoped precisely to each user's role.

Multi-Connector Architecture

Any configured connector usable as source or destination.

FTP Integration

Standard FTP endpoints as sources or destinations.

SFTP Integration

Encrypted, secure file transfer endpoints.

Network Drive Integration

Shared drives connected the same as any endpoint.

Email Integration

Inboxes as a valid source or delivery point.

SMTP Integration

Outbound delivery over standard mail protocol.

EEX Integration

Direct exchange with EEX endpoints.

Dynamic Job Creation

Jobs defined by name, schedule, source, and filter.

Scheduled Job Execution

Jobs run automatically on their defined schedule.

Multiple Source & Destination Connectors

Live visibility into what ran, when, and how it went.

File Type & Pattern Filtering

Only the files that match the rule get transferred.

Automated File Transfer

No manual pickup or drop-off, ever.

Job Monitoring & Execution History

Full visibility into what ran, and when.

Error Handling & Transfer Logs

Every failure caught, logged, and traceable.
