Third-party software, plugins, libraries, fonts, images, APIs, or other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
10. Client Content
The client retains ownership of content, trademarks, logos, images, documents, data, and other materials provided to Bytezen Technology.
By providing such materials, the client grants Bytezen Technology permission to use them as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
The client represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use such materials.
